I ask because I'm a difficult time right now.
I still scenarios in my head, in which I spoke, as if a piece of land.
Other scenarios from when I bullied as a child. I finally asked about it and answered the most common response was PTSD.
I had a final evaluation in December and had a nurse for my health to be seen. I explained to him and began to fill up and hit the air in frustration. And I wonder why PTSD may be, or is a form of frustration? Any help appreciated. TY
