a small swelling. his head on my lower teeth on the bottom. Starting at the chin and ending with my wisdom teeth. my jaw feels like its well-beaten. I can hardly speak their mouths or eat. and if I do breathe in the air, or simply in the air, it hurts

definitely sounds like a tooth abcesso ... if it feels like someone punched in the mouth and swollen gums Pus ... under a dentist to give you an antibiotic, then X-rays to see what is new before to treat you.
Well ... Wisdom teeth may eventually be released ...... open
Wow. This could be a severe case of gingivitis. They should have the courage net. It could even be an allergic reaction to something. I had gingivitis before.
Man sounds like you put your abcesso tooth to the dentist or the emergency room suck what they have!
