Can anyone tell me what to isolate the difference between wheat gluten and wheat protein to 8000th
We make a little bread, low carb and I saw another shop with protein isolate, wheat for bread, low carb? Ideas?

Now, wheat protein * Gluten .... Isolation means only that the object was removed (isolated) and is the only and not on what the original configuration (wheat grain). I would say that they are identical.
